Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited as set forth in applicable limitation and disclaimer policies and shall not exceed USD $100 in the aggregate.

Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue shall be exclusively in Florida courts.
