Text Messaging Program
- Program: Luxe Residences property and appointment messages. When you opt in on one of our forms by checking the text message box, you agree to receive text messages from Luxe Residences and the licensed advisor assigned to your request about your request, appointments, events and residences you asked about, including messages sent using automated technology.

Luxe Residences may use third-party services and is not responsible for their performance or content.
Suspension and Termination
Luxe Residences may suspend or terminate access at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
All services and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited as set forth in applicable policies and shall not exceed USD $100 in the aggregate.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe Residences from claims arising out of your use or misuse of our services.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue exclusively in Florida courts.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
