Limitation of Liability & No Fiduciary Relationship

This policy defines the legal boundaries of responsibility between Luxe Residences, its users, leads, visitors, and data recipients.

No Fiduciary Relationship

Use of Luxe Residences websites, tools, valuations, QR code experiences, communications, or data does not create a fiduciary relationship, agency relationship, partnership, joint venture, or advisory relationship unless expressly agreed in writing.

No Duty Owed

Luxe Residences owes no duty of care, loyalty, or disclosure to users beyond those required by applicable law.

Assumption of Risk

Users assume all risks associated with use of Luxe Residences information, technology, data, and communications.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxe Residences, its owners, officers, agents, contractors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Aggregate Liability Cap

If liability is imposed notwithstanding the foregoing, Luxe Residences' total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Third-Party Actions

Luxe Residences is not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties, including agents, partners, lead buyers, data providers, or service vendors.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe Residences from claims arising out of misuse of the platform, data, or communications.

Modification

This policy may be modified at any time without notice.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
