Intellectual Property & Content Use Policy
This policy governs ownership, use, and restrictions relating to all content, technology, data, and materials produced, displayed, or distributed by Luxe Residences and its affiliates, including Qrixe®.
Ownership
All content, including text, images, graphics, videos, data compilations, valuations, analytics, software, QR code frameworks, APIs, workflows, and system outputs are the exclusive property of Luxe Residences or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Limited License
Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only.
Prohibited Uses
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, reverse engineer, train models on, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Luxe Residences content or systems without prior written consent.
User Submissions
Any information, data, or materials submitted by users may be used, modified, distributed, and commercialized by Luxe Residences without compensation.
Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and branding, including Luxe Residences and Qrixe®, are proprietary and may not be used without authorization.
Enforcement
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
Modification
This policy may be modified at any time without notice.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
