Communications & Marketing Consent Policy
This policy governs consent for communications initiated by Luxe Residences, its affiliates, agents, and technology partners, including Qrixe®. By providing contact information or engaging with our platforms, users authorize the communications described below.
Scope
This policy applies to all phone calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), emails, prerecorded messages, artificial or automated dialing systems, and electronic communications related to Luxe Residences services, valuations, listings, market intelligence, and marketing.
Express Written Consent
By submitting contact information, scanning a QR code, completing a form, interacting with a valuation tool, or otherwise engaging with Luxe Residences systems, the user provides express written consent to receive communications.
Telephone and SMS Communications
Users consent to receive calls and text messages, including those sent using automated dialing systems or prerecorded voices, regardless of any state or federal do-not-call registry status. Message and data rates may apply.
Email Communications
Users consent to receive emails for transactional, informational, and marketing purposes.
Do-Not-Call and Registry Waiver
Consent is provided notwithstanding any state or federal Do-Not-Call registry, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Internal and Affiliate Distribution
Consent applies to communications from Luxe Residences agents, internal teams, affiliated brokerages, partner agents, and authorized vendors acting on our behalf.
No Condition of Purchase
Consent to communications is not a condition of purchasing or using services.
Opt-Out and Revocation
- Individuals may revoke consent at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS
- Using unsubscribe links in emails
- Contacting Luxe Residences directly
- Opt-out requests may take a reasonable period to process.
Recordkeeping
Consent records may be stored electronically and retained for compliance and audit purposes.
Modification
This policy may be modified at any time without notice.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
